Patio Andaluz Reunion Tour 2017
About The Show
Patio Andaluz 2017 Reunion celebrates, with the oldest teenagers in San Antonio, a night to remember featuring an array of fabulous 60’s performers from international famous to San Antonio’s favorite. The event is set in an intimate setting with a traditional dance floor at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts.
For many San Antonio Mexican-American teens attending the original Patio Andaluz location was a social and cultural sanctuary from the late 50s to the mid 70s. Back in the day, this was a meeting place for teens of diverse backgrounds to express their individuality. Patio Andaluz was considered the epicenter for dancing, dating and listening to the city’s original singers and musicians — sharing the homegrown vibe. San Antonio music ventured far beyond the city limits with acts like Doug Sahm, The Sunglows, The Commands, Barbara Lynn and more. While the physical landmark no longer stands the memories of young love stories live on.
Join us and relive the “Westside Sound” of Patio Andaluz favorites: Monroe Powell “his salute to” The Platters, Joe Bravo, Barbara Lynn, Johnny Hernandez and many more. This concert and dance, with 1,600 seats available, is looking to be SOLD-OUT like last year’s show. Be part of history… once again!

Dance floor will be available for orchestra level ticket holders only.
