Box Office Policies

WHERE DO I PURCHASE A TICKET?

Tickets for events in the Tobin Center for the Performing arts should only be purchased through tobincenter.org using your TOBi account, from the TOBi Box Office in person or by phone.  A ticket purchased through any other source cannot be guaranteed for its validity and may not allow you access to the event.

WHO NEEDS A TICKET?

Everyone, no matter what age, needs an individual ticket.  You child may sit in your lap, but because of occupancy regulations for the building, EVERYONE, no matter what age will need to have their own individual ticket.

WHAT IS THE STANDARD RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

The standard policy does not allow single tickets to be exchanged or returned.  There are some policy differences in regards to subscription tickets, but those policies are dependent upon  the presenting organization and the type of subscription purchased.

CAN I SELL MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Resale or attempted resale of a ticket at a higher price than that appearing on the ticket is a violation of our policy and is grounds for seizure and cancellation without refund.

WHAT IF A SHOW IS CANCELED?

If a show is canceled we will contact you and inform you of the procedure to follow in adjusting your purchase. 

HOW CAN I AVOID CONVENIENCE FEES?

Convenience fees, such as online/phone per order, and ticket fees are not charged when tickets are purchased in person at the TOBi Box Office.
