A FREE outdoor fitness program, University Health System Fitness on the Plaza is open to the public. Classes focus on fun healthy activities for all on the Tobin Center's beautiful River Walk Plaza. Local fitness studios offer a range of classes and  activities, covering heart pumping Boot Camp,Cardio and Cross Fit to stress melting Meditation and Yoga.

4/29: Shockwave Rowing (EnergyX Fitness)

5/13: Family Friendly Flow (Mobile Om)

6/10: Run + Yoga = ROGA (Mindful Warrior)  

6/24: Yin Restorative Yoga (Bilingual- Mindful Warrior)

7/8: Fire Flow Hot Vinyasa Yoga (Mobile Om) 

7/22: Hot Broga (Yoga for Men and Women- Joyride)

9/9: Slow Flow Gentle Yoga (Mobile Om)

9/23: Indo Row: Circuit Training with Rowing Machines (EnergyX Fitness)

10/7: inBalance Body (Dance Cardio Class, inBalance)

10/20: Friday Evening Class – Rock n Ride for Breast Cancer Awareness, finale of the series (Joyride)
