Meditation | Wellness at the Tobin

FREE COMMUNITY EVENT SPONSORED BY H-E-B

Patrons should bring their own yoga mat or towel and a small pillow to sit on.  Shambhala may provide a few meditation mats but cannot guarantee one for each attendee. 

The Shambhala Meditation Center of San Antonio provides meditation instruction by qualified Meditation Instructors. They offer classes and meditation practice sessions on zoom and in person, including outdoor meditation sessions at several venues, like the Wellness at the Tobin and Ruby City/Chris Park.
