ATMs

There are two Frost Bank ATMs on either side of the McCombs Grand Lobby for patrons attending shows in the H-E-B Performance Hall. 

Box Office

Our Box Office is located inside the front entrance of The Tobin Center at 100 Auditorium Circle, San Antonio, Texas 78205.

The Tobin Center Box Office is open Monday - Friday from 10 am - 6 pm, Saturdays from 10 am - 2 pm and 2 hours prior to show time on performance days for in-person sales.

Cameras & Photography

Professional cameras (cameras with detachable lens) are not permitted inside The Tobin Center without prior written permission. Please note: many shows do not allow photography of any kind. Please be respectful of this policy for the artists and fellow patrons.

Professional photography sessions on The Tobin Center property must be approved and scheduled in advance. Rates are $250 minimum for 2 hours and $75 per additional hour, subject to availability. For scheduling, please contact Elizabeth Brown at [email protected].

Canceled or Postponed Events

Rescheduled Shows: For events that have been rescheduled, ticket holders will have a 30-day window to request a refund should they not be able attend the newly rescheduled date.

Requests for refund after 30 days will not be honored, but tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date.  


Canceled Shows: If an event is canceled,  an automatic refund will be issued to your original form of payment.  There is no need to request this refund.

Coat Check

The Tobin Center for the Performing Arts provides a complimentary coat check at Patron Services.

TASTE FINE DINING*
Conveniently located inside The Tobin Center is TASTE, a delicious chef-driven seasonal buffet curated to each specific performance along with an assortment of delightful desserts. Each dining experience will begin 90 minutes prior to the show start time.

BURGERS & BEER*
Located within The Tobin Center is TASTE Burgers & Beer, serving just that – burgers and beer (as well as other snacks and cocktails too)! No reservation is needed. TASTE opens an hour and a half prior to showtime so skip the lobby lines and come cool off at TASTE with a cold drink and burger!

STOUT'S SIGNATURE AT THE TOBIN

Stout's Signature is conveniently located on the street level of The Tobin Center parking garage and features upscale plates from filets to risottos backed by a full bar of handcrafted cocktails.

The Tobin Center for the Performing Arts has easily accessible parking areas within two blocks of the venue for events.

Reserve Parking

Accessible Parking
Accessible parking is available in The Tobin Center Parking Garage on all levels: $15 per general admission space ($12 if prepaid) and $25 for a reserved parking space.

  • When purchasing your tickets, you may reserve an accessible space on level 2 (three available, accessible spaces) at $25. 
  • Each general admission floor has three accessible parking spaces located next to the elevator at $15 ($12 if prepaid). 

Drop-Off
Are you dropping off?  The patrons' drop-off area is on Auditorium Circle, located to the left of The Tobin Center's front steps.  To access the drop-off location, drive north on Jefferson Street and turn left on Auditorium Circle.
 

Donations

The Tobin Center receives a high volume of donation requests and are proud to support other charitable organizations in and around San Antonio. While we certainly wish we could fulfill every request, we have a limited number of tickets available for donations.

Guidelines for ticket donations:

  • The Tobin Center supports charity organizations specifically benefiting the Arts and Education.
  • We make donations to 501(c)(3) nonprofits, the Military, and schools.
  • Requests must be received at least 90 days before the event date to be considered.
  • Requesters must provide services within Bexar County. Priority will be given to those organizations that advance the performing arts or arts education.  

All requests must be on company letterhead and include the following information:

  • Mission statement of the organization
  • A brief description of the services provided by the organization, year established, and organization type.
  • Name and description of the event requesting support, event date, event location, and number of expected guests
  • Donation use details
  • Requester's contact information and relationship to the organization
  • Copy of the organization's tax-exempt certificate, if applicable
  • Delivery information including full address (PO Boxes will not be accepted)

We maintain a fair and balanced distribution of donations. Requests will only be considered for organizations one (1) time per calendar year.

Founders Lounge

The Denman Founders Lounge is on the Grand Tier level (2nd floor) and overlooks the McCombs Grand Lobby. This exclusive space offers an elegant atmosphere with premium food and beverage service and is accessible to Founding Donors and Tobin Center Performer Members and higher. Groups of 10 or more qualify for most group discounts. Even if we do not have a discount available, we can help you save on fees and coordinate your visit!

KultureCity Sensory Inclusive

KultureCity® has partnered with The Tobin Center for the Performing Arts to make this location and all its programs and events Sensory Inclusive™. This new initiative will promote an accommodating and positive experience for all guests with a sensory issue, no matter their age or ability.

The certification process ensures that the staff at The Tobin Center are trained annually by leading medical professionals on how to recognize those guests with sensory needs and how to handle a sensory overload situation. KultureCity® Sensory Bags, equipped with noise-canceling head-phones (provided by Puro Sound Labs), fidget tools, verbal cue cards, and KCVIP lanyards will be available to all guests at The Tobin who may feel overwhelmed by this new environment.

Listening Devices

Assisted Listening Devices are available for events in the H-E-B Performance Hall. Just visit Patron Services to check out a device. There is no charge for the device, but an ID is required to be held at Patron Services until the device is returned.

Lost & Found

Lost and found items are turned in to the House and Volunteer Services Manager at the end of every performance. During the performances, items are held at Patron Services located to the east of the front entrance. Luxury Boxes

Luxury boxes are located on the orchestra, grand tier and mezzanine levels and offer a first class experience at The Tobin Center.  These seats are not secured in place and  can be angled for best viewing and comfort. 

Box seating is enhanced with wait-service and premium food and beverage options provided through Tobin Catering and available for pre-order.  A luxury box premium fee is charged and applicable through all sales avenues including in-person purchases. The Tobin Center is pleased to offer Noble. Say goodbye to long lines in three simple steps:

  1. Visit the Noble Website or download the Noble Bar App from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Order - Place your order on your phone and pay cashless.
  3. Skip the Line- Pick up your order at the long bar in the McCombs Grand Lobby. 
Prohibited Items

The Tobin Center for the Performing Arts is committed to creating a safe and enjoyable entertainment experience.  The following items are not allowed:

  • Weapons of any kind: firearms, knives, tasers, mace, etc. 
  • Vapes or vape pens
  • Professional cameras, audio/video recorders
  • Laser pointers, glow sticks, flashlights
  • Backpacks or large bags (no larger than 12” x 12” x12”) 
  • Illicit substances
  • Outside food or beverages
  • Any items or apparel deemed a potential danger to others, at Tobin Management’s discretion.

We require a search of all patrons upon entering the venue. All patrons must have a ticket to enter the venue. Patrons who choose not to adhere to the guidelines will be removed from the venue without a refund.

Re-Entry

For most performances, you are permitted to leave and return to The Tobin Center. Before exiting you must have your ticket scanned out so you may return. Please speak with one of the ticket takers at the front doors to exit. If you do not have your ticket scanned out, you may not be permitted to return.

Refunds & Exchanges

Tobin Center subscribers are eligible for free and flexible ticket exchanges. Simply contact our box office at  210-223-8624 at least 2 hours before your scheduled performance, and we’ll help you choose a new date. 

Single ticket purchases are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless you have opted for ticket protection through Booking Protect. If you opted into Booking Protect and need to request a refund, please click here.

Security

The safety and security of our guests and staff is of utmost importance. All persons and bags are subject to search before entering the building and weapons of any kind are prohibited. We ask that if you see something that looks suspicious, you report it to our security staff immediately.

Smoking

The Tobin Center for the Performing Arts does not allow smoking of any kind inside the facility, including the use of e-cigarettes or vaporizers. Please exit the front doors to smoke. Re-entry will be permitted following the re-entry policies stated above.

Ticket Resellers

Tickets for events at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts should only be purchased through tobincenter.org using your TOBi account, from the TOBi Box Office, in person or by phone.  A ticket purchased through any other source cannot be guaranteed for its validity and may not allow you access to the event.

Tickets purchased through a reseller cannot be refunded or exchanged by The Tobin Center. Contact them directly to inquire about obtaining a refund.

Tours

We are happy to plan a group tour (10 people or more) of The Tobin Center free of charge. These tours will be scheduled based upon availability. Please call 210-212-0913 to schedule a tour of the venue.

The Tobin Center for the Performing Arts offers public wifi access on the network  “TobinFreeWifi"
No password is required.

Will Call

Tickets for events at The Tobin Center may be picked up at the box office during normal hours of operation. Will Call will open one hour prior to showtime at the box office window inside the lobby.

Please bring a valid photo ID to claim your tickets.
