Box Office

The Tobin Center Box Office is open Monday - Friday from 10 am - 6 pm, Saturdays from 10 am - 2 pm and 2 hours prior to show time on performance days for in-person sales.  

The Tobin Center Box Office is located right inside the front entrance at 100 Auditorium Circle, 78205

Tickets are also available by phone at 210-223-8624.

When purchasing tickets during regular Box Office business hours, designated parking is available at either the Tobin Center Surface Lot at 142 Auditorium Circle, or the Tobin Administrative Parking Lot at 115 Auditorium Circle.  Please look for spaces marked with “Ticket Buyer Parking” or “Box Office Parking” signs. 

You may also choose to park in the Tobin Center Parking Garage at 227 Fourth Street, and can bring your ticket with you to the Box Office to be validated with your purchase.

Note that these options are not available within 2 hours of a scheduled performance, and vehicles parked outside of designated spaces or regular Box Office business hours will be subject to parking enforcement.

Accessing your Tickets

You can view your order(s) by clicking here.

  • Mobile Tickets can be accessed by logging into your account and following the steps to the Web App
  • Print-At-Home tickets are emailed directly to you as a PDF attachment
  • Will Call** – Tickets can be picked up starting 2 hours prior to the event start time (Photo ID required)
  • Mail – tickets are mailed within 5-7 business days of purchase via USPS (delivery time will vary)

**All phone purchases will automatically be defaulted to Will Call., unless specified by the tour. Only exception, is parking, we will email your parking prior to the event.

Admission

All patrons, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket to enter the venue. Children under one year of age may be eligible for lap seating. Lap seating is not available for all events and may be subject to an additional charge. When offered, lap tickets are available for purchase only at the box office on the day of the event. The child using the lap ticket must be present at the time of purchase. For the safety of all guests, every person entering the venue, including children with lap tickets, must have a ticket and be accounted for while inside the building.

 

Canceled or Postponed Events

Rescheduled Shows: For events that have been rescheduled, ticket holders will have a 30-day window to request a refund should they not be able attend the newly rescheduled date.

Requests for refund after 30 days will not be honored, but tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date.  


Canceled Shows: If an event is canceled,  an automatic refund will be issued to your original form of payment.  There is no need to request this refund.

Convenience Fees

Convenience and ticket fees are not charged when tickets are purchased in person at the TOBi Box Office.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be purchased and are redeemable for any performance at The Tobin Center through our Box Office. Please visit us at 100 Auditorium Circle or call 210.223.8624.

Group Sales

Groups of 10 or more qualify for most group discounts. Even if we do not have a discount available, we can help you save on fees and coordinate your visit!

  • New Year's Day - January 1st
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day - 3rd Monday in January

Refunds & Exchanges

Tobin Center subscribers are eligible for free and flexible ticket exchanges, simply contact our box office at  210-223-8624 at least 2 hours before your scheduled performance, and we’ll help you choose a new date.

Ticket Protection

TOBi Secure* will protect your booking as all tickets are non-refundable. You can add refund protection allowing you to apply for a full refund  should you or anyone in your party be unable to attend the event through the following circumstances;

  • Unexpected disruption of the public transport network you could not have reasonably known about before the event date.
  • Injury or illness affecting you or a member of your immediate family.
  • Death of you at any time before the booked event or a member of your immediate family within a 4-week period of the booked event.
  • Mechanical breakdown, accident, fire, or theft en route in a private vehicle taking you to the booked event.
  • Jury service which you were unaware of at the time of booking.
  • Burglary or fire at your residence in the 48 hours before the event requiring emergency services attendance.
  • Being summoned to court as a witness which you were unaware of at the time of booking.
  • Being a member of the armed forces and being unexpectedly posted overseas.
  • Adverse weather (e.g., snow, frost, fog, or storm) where the Police or a Government agency has issued warnings not to travel, with proof of road closures.

Ticket Resellers

Tickets for events at the Tobin Center for the Performing arts should only be purchased through tobincenter.org using your TOBi account, from the TOBi Box Office, in person or by phone.  A ticket purchased through any other source cannot be guaranteed for its validity and may not allow you access to the event.

Will Call

Tickets for events at The Tobin Center may be picked up at the Box Office during normal hours of operation. Will Call will open one hour prior to showtime at the box office window inside the lobby.

Please bring a valid photo ID to claim your tickets.
