The excitement continues with the world premiere of Juan Pablo Contreras’s La Minerva, featuring violinist Anna Lee, a powerful new concerto inspired by the Roman goddess of wisdom, courage, and the arts — transforming myth, virtuosity, and orchestral color into a thrilling musical experience. The evening culminates in Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s monumental Symphony No. 5, a sweeping journey from tension and longing to one of the most thrilling and triumphant endings ever written.
